Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the merchant installing the app) and MPC Trades. If you don't agree, don't install the app, or uninstall it from your Shopify admin at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

• Blocking discount codes on products, collections, or tags you choose
• Capping the maximum quantity of a product a customer can buy in one order
• Enforcement runs automatically at checkout via a Shopify Function; storefront notices via an optional theme app block you add yourself

You're responsible for the rules you create and the messages shown to your customers — we don't review or approve individual rule configurations.

• All charges are processed through the Shopify Billing API, on your normal Shopify invoice
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the app's Plan & billing page — no reinstall or support ticket required
• The Free plan caps active rules at 3; Growth and Pro remove that cap and add the features listed on the pricing page
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law or at our discretion

• Don't use the app to mislead customers — messages shown must reflect real, factual rule conditions
• Don't attempt to circumvent Shopify's own platform policies through rule configuration
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the app without our written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPC Trades isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CartRules — including lost sales from a misconfigured rule, or downtime outside our reasonable control (including Shopify platform outages). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Uninstalling stops billing at your next cycle and deletes your stored session immediately. Your rules and settings remain in your store's own Shopify data (metaobjects/metafields) — remove them yourself if you want them gone too. See Privacy Policy §6 for details.
